Creating your first digital presence in Bigmelo starts with a simple decision: choose your billing cycle, activate the 7-day free trial, and complete the initial information for your profile. This guide covers that process from the plan button to seeing your first profile in the dashboard.

1. Choose your Bigmelo plan

Open the Bigmelo plans and choose one of the two available options:

  • Starter monthly: 7-day free trial, then USD $12.99 per month.
  • Starter annual: 7-day free trial, then USD $129 per year.

Select Choose monthly Starter or Choose annual Starter. If you do not have an account yet, Bigmelo will take you to registration. If you are already a user, sign in and continue with your selected option.

How the 7-day free trial works

You must add and confirm a payment method to activate the trial. The plan is not charged during the first 7 days. At the end of that period, Bigmelo automatically charges the selected billing cycle unless you cancel the trial under Billing and plans before the displayed date.

The activation screen shows the amount, first charge date, and terms before you confirm. You can review all the information before starting.

The trial enables the plan features so you can create and prepare your first digital presence before the first charge.

2. What the Starter plan includes

Starter is designed to launch and validate a conversational digital presence. It includes:

  • 1 published digital presence.
  • An initial avatar with an image and a short video.
  • 1 authorized AI-generated voice.
  • Up to 1,000 visitor messages through text or audio per month.
  • Up to 500 incoming audio messages per month, with a maximum length of 30 seconds each.
  • Up to 20,000 characters in audio responses per month.
  • Up to 15 products per profile.
  • Instagram and TikTok integration, with up to 10 selected pieces of content per network.
  • Public links to your social networks.
  • Additional credits available for expandable limits.

The monthly and annual options include the same capabilities. The difference is the billing cycle and the savings available with the annual plan.

3. Create your account and activate the trial

You can continue with Google or create an account using your full name, email address, and a password of at least eight characters. If you use the registration form, Bigmelo sends an email confirmation link that you must open before signing in.

After you sign in, Bigmelo remembers your selected option and takes you to Billing and plans. There you need to:

  1. Confirm the monthly or annual plan.
  2. Add or select the payment method that will be used after the trial.
  3. Review and accept the 7-day free trial terms.
  4. Activate the trial.

Once the payment method is confirmed, your subscription enters its trial period and profile creation becomes available.

4. Create your first profile

Open Profiles in the Bigmelo dashboard. The initial guide highlights the Add button, and you can also use the Create profile action.

Complete the profile form:

  • Name: the public name of the person or identity.
  • Alias: the identifier that distinguishes the profile.
  • Description: a short introduction to who you are and what you do.
  • Gender: the option that corresponds to the profile identity.
  • Language: the primary language of the experience.
  • Profession: the category that best represents your work.
  • Personality: the conversational style you want the profile to use.

Review the information and select Create profile. Bigmelo saves the profile and displays it in your dashboard.

The profile starts as a draft. You can later open it to complete the avatar, authorize the voice, and add the information sources required before publishing, but your first profile is now created.
